What the HECK is a sheeple? Is that even a word? As a matter of fact, it is now an official word.
A sheeple is someone who blindly follows others. Are you a leader who tends to be more sheeple than leader? If you said yes, why is that? Are you fearful of making good decisions about your people and business?
How can you remove the sheeple from the equation?
Leading starts with you. Someone must lead the sheeple and as the leader that is you. Now ideally you want to create imaginative, motivated, engaged team members and not just sheeple. Your goal is a fantastic team of followers but who all have their own ideas and creations. When you begin to see one or some of them turning into sheeple, your task is to change that so that no one is considered a sheeple.
